I’m Natalie Cooper, an operations consultant with over 15 years helping businesses work better, from startups to global brands including L’Oréal, Chick-fil-A and Volkswagen.

My work has always centred on simplifying complexity: improving workflows, connecting teams and making the day-to-day run more smoothly.

Over the past 18 months, I’ve brought an AI-first approach to that work, helping companies put AI into practice to improve efficiency and support their teams.
